Our team employs rigorous testing protocols to minimize casting defects and maximize structural performance — from Gray Iron to high-alloy defence-grade steels.
Machining Department
Our machining department is equipped with the best equipment available including a selection of Mori Seiki and Mazak machining centers that are renowned for their speed and accuracy.

Precise Cast’s machining capability provides unparalleled manufacturing flexibility. We utilize this flexibility to produce your prototypes faster and more economically. Machining is often an integral part of our manufacturing process and is used in conjunction with casting to create tight tolerances or side-pull features. Precise Cast has the capability and the equipment to handle all of your metal prototyping requirements; from post machining of in-house or vendor sourced castings to high tolerance billet machine work.
