A track shoe is the primary ground-contact component of a tracked vehicle. It must transfer high loads, resist abrasion and impact, maintain secure articulation and perform across road, mud, snow and broken terrain.
CEW Defense combines foundry knowledge, controlled metallurgy, heat treatment, precision machining and inspection to manufacture replacement track components to customer drawings, samples and agreed technical requirements.
Our European expansion is focused on dependable industrial support: clear technical communication, documented quality, scalable production and compliant delivery for approved defence programmes.
Processes are selected around the drawing, duty cycle, order volume and acceptance criteria of each programme.

Controlled casting routes and alloy selection for the required balance of toughness, hardness and wear resistance.
Defined thermal cycles develop mechanical properties appropriate to high-load tracked vehicle service.
CNC finishing of critical bores, faces and interfaces to drawing tolerances and fitment requirements.
Dimensional, material and non-destructive checks performed against the agreed inspection plan.
Component integration, identification, preservation, documentation and export-ready packaging.
Engineering-led production
CEW Defense operates an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certified by TÜV Austria. Inspection and documentation are planned around the contractual specification rather than treated as a final-stage formality.
We are developing long-term relationships with European defence contractors, authorised distributors, maintenance organisations and procurement teams, with particular commercial focus on the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Support is available for legacy fleet sustainment, drawing-based replacement parts, reverse-engineering programmes and new component development. Compatibility is validated against customer-controlled technical data before production—never assumed from a platform name alone.
Engagement with qualified industrial and maintenance partners supporting both NATO-origin and legacy tracked fleets.
Responsive technical and production support for fleet sustainment requirements and approved supply-chain programmes.
Scalable manufacturing, metric documentation and structured export coordination for eligible European customers.
Our portfolio demonstrates experience with different pitches, geometries, loads and component configurations. Supply remains subject to drawing review, technical approval and applicable trade controls.
Platform names identify manufacturing experience only and do not imply OEM affiliation, endorsement or automatic interchangeability.
Alloy selection and heat treatment are tailored to the drawing and performance requirement. Depending on the application, this may include grades such as AISI 4140, AISI 5140 or 8650H, supported by chemical and process verification.
Our engineers support reverse engineering, tooling development, tread geometry review, prototype manufacture and production industrialisation under an agreed validation plan.
Integrated casting and machining resources enable production planning for development quantities as well as repeat and fleet-level requirements.
Export packaging, shipment identification, freight coordination and customs documentation are aligned with the order and destination. We work with authorised logistics providers to protect heavy engineered components throughout transit.
All enquiries and transactions are screened against applicable Pakistani, EU, end-user, sanctions and international defence-trade requirements. Delivery commitments are confirmed only after technical, commercial and regulatory review.
Our team will review the application, required quantities, quality documentation and delivery destination before proposing the next step.
